Set upstream the Gura Raului Dam and in the splendid landscapes of Candrei Mountains, Complex Cheile Cibinului provides rooms and wooden cottages, and features a restaurant, a covered outdoor terrace above the lake and free WiFi. All rooms have wooden panelling and are furnished with solid wood and traditional decorations. They come equipped with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms with shower. The cottages have also a living area with a sofa. Set in the centre of the complex, the restaurant at the Cheile Cibinului serves meal on à la carte basis. Guests can relax on one of the terrace or engage in one of the activities organised on site. The complex offers upon an additional cost activities such as horse riding, pony rides for children, carriage or sleigh rides, off-road trips, hiking and mountain-biking trips, as well as a variety of social games. The closest ski slopes are Gura Raului, 4 km away and Paltinis 16 km away. Sibiu can be reached within 25 km.
