It in a charming olive grove with five other villas. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences. Thanks to its traditional thick walls the villa stays wonderfully cool. The garden is 530 m2 and contains the swimming pool and a large lawn with a play area. Parking is available in the grounds. The terraces enjoy delightful views of the sea and the mountains. The nearest beach is just four kilometres away. The ancient town of Rethymnon with its beaches. shops and restaurants is around six kilometres away. You can reach the island s south coast in forty minutes by car.
