This unique chalet is situated at a height of 1130 m. at the end of a no through road at the beginning of the Gauer valley. The property is unique as it is a detached. wooden chalet for sole occupancy in the middle of the countryside. The interior is attractive and comfortable. two sleeping areas separated by a curtain (as seen in the photo). You are kindly requested not to smoke in this chalet. The house has a sunny terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque. Additional information: Theme park 4 km from the property. Specifics:The chalet is suitable for 3 adults or families with 1 or 2 children but less suitable for families with prams due to some steep hills around the property. The last 300 m. to the property is via an un-metalled. somewhat steep road. Summer: heating. if required. paid after usage. Sauna in mainbuilding. for rent from 2 persons. charge € 10 p.p.p.evening.
