Please note that there is no reception desk. You can pick up your key cards from the key box located at the entrance of the building to your apartment. The access code will be sent to you few days in advance.
You can also visit the office at Marc Aurel Strasse 7, 1010 Vienna, between 09:00 and 18:00 for any queries or questions.
Please note that the fixed amount (EUR 300 for stays up to 14 nights and EUR 500 for stays of 15 nights and longer) is a damage deposit. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on the credit card earliest on the day of booking. It will be fully refunded subject to a damage inspection of the apartment after an inspection on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.
Cleaning:
For stays longer than 6 nights, a weekly change of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
Access:
Access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 for the following:
• weekly cleanings / refreshing & repairs by a technician
• viewing appointments with potential clients
