This 33 m2 studio apartment is on the 1st floor Biedermeier house situated in the the historic district of "Spittelberg" in Vienna 7. The house has a lift, store for bicycles, central heating and a motor access. The apartment is suitable for two persons. The living/sleeping room is with 1 sofa bed and 1 french bed (160 cm), dining table, cable-TV, flat screen TV, radio and DVD. There is a small kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, freezer and electric coffee machine. The bathroom has shower and toilet. A washing machine and hair dryer are available. Public car park is within 100 m from the property. Grocers and restaurant 50 m, bar, cafe, bus stop 100 m, underground station "U2/U3 Volkstheater" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Museumsquartier, Volkstheater.
