Set a 2-minute drive from the Giggijoch and Gaislachkoglbahn cable cars, Sölden’s Appartement Schwalbennest offers units with a balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. Relax in the deck chairs out on the sun terrace and enjoy the views. There is a flat-screen TV with cable channels in each apartment at Schwalbennest. Kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, dining area and coffee machine. A living area is also provided. A ski bus that operates for free stops on site. Guests can store and dry their ski equipment at the property. Freshly baked bread rolls are available on request while restaurants and cafés are located in Sölden, a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is provided. The Freizeitarena leisure centre contains an indoor pool, spa area and tennis courts and is also in the town centre. Längenfeld’s Aquadome can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates from 1 June to 13 October 2013 and offers free rides on the cable cars, lifts and buses, free guided hiking tours, free access to public baths and lakes and many more benefits.
