The guest house is surrounded by a garden with a playground and offers a common lounge with a games console. Each of the Tyrolean-style rooms comes with a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom featuring a shower or a bathtub. Half board comprises a buffet breakfast and dinner with a salad buffet. Table tennis facilities are featured at Lärchenhof as well and a ski storage room is provided at the cable car station. Free private parking is available on site. A swimming lake is 8 km away and within 400 metres, a supermarket can be found. The closest restaurant is 50 metres away. The Super Summer Card Serfaus is included in all rates from June until October, which entitles to the free use of all cable cars and to many reductions in the area.
