Between Ried and Kaltenbach, on a sunny spot in the valley stands the detached house Silvia. On the 1st floor you'll find a spacious and well kept property. The entire 1st floor is for sole occupancy, privacy guaranteed. A nice feature of this house is that all five bedrooms have their own private bathroom; this comes in real handy in the morning if everyone wants to get ready quickly to hit the slopes. In 2007 the house has been partly renovated. There is a fully equipped kitchen with built in appliances. You can also enjoy a lovely balcony and a communal garden with garden furniture.
