This spacious five-bedroom apartment has been fully renovated in 2009 and i comfortably furnished. The apartment has a large living/dining room with satellite-TV and DVD, and an open kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, electric coffee machine) with dining corner. It has a large terrace with view of the mountains and the resort. It is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is located in the center of Ried, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.1 km from the ski-run. Guests of the apartment can also enjoy the well-kept garden with lawn and trees, table tennis, patio, barbecue, ski and bike storage, central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. The closest supermarket and restaurant are just 50 m away, an outdoor swimming pool is 1.5 km away. The apartment is very close to the ski area Hochzillertal - Kaltenbach with 155 km of slopes and 36 lifts (Top station approx 2500 m). Great starting point for a number of Winter and Summer walking and trekking excursions and several sport activities.
