This beautifully renovated farmhouse. located in the Habichen district of Ötz. is available for up to 12 people for sole occupancy. On the ground and first floors there is a comfortable living room with open fireplace. a new fully-equipped kitchen. bathroom with shower / WC and sauna. five bedrooms. three with shower. 3 toilets and a large south-facing 40 m2 terrace. The ski-bus. just 300 metres away. will take you to the nearby Hochötz ski slopes or directly to Ötztal Arena. In the summer season there are 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people (AT-6433-25). while another two double bedrooms can be rented for EUR 70 per room. per week. Youll find total relaxation at the nearby Piburg lake.
