The village of Oetz is at the entrance to the Ötz valley. The village gave the charming valley its name. This house has been completely renovated and is available from Christmas 2010. The apartment is the epitome of comfort. There are five rooms. each with their own shower and toilet. This is a wonderful area for beautiful summer walks. You can enjoy 27 kilometres of ski runs in the Hochoetz ski-area in winter. The area is especially suitable for families and beginners. Snowboarders will really enjoy themselves in the fun park. You can enjoy unlimited skiing with a Super Ski Pass in the Hochoetz. Niederthai. Kühtai and Sölden ski-areas. 220 kilometres of ski-slopes and 60 modern ski-lifts are yours to enjoy with just one ski-pass.
