The house is situated 2 km from the centre of Niederau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the ski-run. This is a 6-room semi-detached house 240 m2 on 3 levels, spacious, partly with sloping ceilings. There is an entrance hall, open living room with satellite-TV (flat screen TV), DVD and tiled stove, 3 bedrooms and several bathrooms. Living room is with swedish stove and dining table. Large kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine with dining corner. For shared use: grounds 1'100 m2, garden (not fenced). In the house: Wireless LAN [WLAN], central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking by the house. Nearest supermarket is1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakers 2.5 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km away. Riding stables 2.5 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, mountain lift 1.8 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck, Kristallwelten Wattens, Rattenberg, Salzburg. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschonau.
