The family-run Haus Marlene offers traditional accommodation units in Lermoos with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, 300 metres from the Grubigstein Ski Resort. The guest house serves a buffet breakfast and free private parking is provided. All of Haus Marlene’s units contain a seating area, satellite TV and a fridge. A shower is provided in the bathroom. You can relax in the sauna, hot tub and infrared cabin at an additional charge. It is also possible to use the on-site fitness room. The large garden features a children’s playground and there is also an indoor playroom available. Some bicycles and sleds for children are usable free of charge. If you bring bicycles and ski equipment, there is a deposit room at the guest house. The town centre is 100 metres away, while shops and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Guests are offered free entrance to the seasonal swimming pool which is 15 minutes on foot. The Zugspitze-Tirol Ehrwald-Lermoos GolfClub is a 1-minute drive away.
