Enjoying a quiet location, 400 metres from the Grubigbahn cable car and a 3-minute walk to the free ski bus stop to all main Zugspitz Arena ski resorts, Gula Hof offers apartments with satellite TV and a south-facing balcony with mountain views. All apartments are fully furnished and comprise a bedroom and a living room, as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen comes with all necessary facilities, including an oven, a coffee maker and a toaster. Gula Hof is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Lermoos with shops and restaurants. Guests can also buy home-made products like milk, yoghurt, butter and original Tyrolean speck from the owners’ own farm. There is a garden with a small children’s playground on site. Tobogganing is possible in the Grubigstein ski resort, while cross-country ski trail runs 100 metres from the property. Ice skating is available 4 km away, and an indoor pool is 1.5 km away. Outdoor swimming facilities and a tennis court are both within a 5-minute walk, and the Blindsee lake can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The 9-hole Golfclub Zugspitze-Tirol Ehrwald-Lermoos is 1 km away. Free private parking is possible on site.
