Villa Schönfeld is in a unique position in Kitzbühel. It is only 200 metres from the Hornbahn and the picturesque town centre. The villa is well positioned. All facilities. restaurants. shops and station are within walking distance. You wont need your car. The villa was completely renovated in 2008 and the result is superb. The luxurious holiday home covers the ground floor and has its own entrance. so privacy is guaranteed. The interior is attractive and has all modern conveniences. The new home has three spacious bedrooms. a modern bathroom and a pleasant living room with a delightful open fireplace. French windows open onto a south-facing decked lounge terrace. There is a marvellous view from the terrace of the famous Hahnenkam and the Streif. The garden leads directly onto the promenade which takes you to the picturesque town centre. Kitzbühel is a paradise for walkers. Nordic walkers. mountain bikers and golfers. It is an ideal summer destination.
