Haus Nüssbaum is located in a fantastic sunny spot on the Gattererberg. The detached house is in a quiet location at a healthy (and snow-sure) elevation of 850 metres. The house is located 4 km from Stumm and is accessible via a well maintained mountain road. This comfortable and charmingly furnished flat is located on the ground floor (accessible via a stair). You have your own entrance. privacy guaranteed! The flat was partially renovated in 2011 and has a kitchen/diner. two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. In front of the flat there is a lovely sunny terrace with a breathtaking view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains. The free ski bus stops outside of the door in the winter.
