There are 6 bedrooms, several bathrooms, a living room with stereo unit a large dining room with satellite-TV and DVD and a small dining room. Large kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. You will find also a furnished terrace furniture,barbecue possibilities and a box-room. Nice view of the mountains and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, cot for up to 2 years old, hair dryer. Reserved parking, garage by the house. Private: park 1 ha, swimming pool (above ground) round (4 m diameter, depth 139 cm, 01.07.-31.08.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating. 200 m long steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking by the house. Nearest shop 3.7 km, shopping centre 9 km, restaurant 200 m, bakers 3.5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station 3 km. Ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fugen 10 km, Hochfugen 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Achensee 10 km.
