This rustic mountain hut can be found 1600 metres above sea level amid the Gerlosstein Ski Area, a 3-minute walk from the cable car station. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a wood-fired furnace. The Skihütte Gerlosstein has 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens with dining areas, a bathroom and a toilet. The hut is heated with wood. You can ski right from and to the front door and in summer it is a great base for hiking tours. A long toboggan run passes right next the the Gerlosstein chalet. The hut is easily reachable by cable car, which runs daily from 08:30 to 16:30 and from Monday to Saturday also from 19:45 until 21:15. The Erlebnistherme Fügen spa in the Zillertal Valley is 20 km away.
