There is a small spa area on site and the Patscherkofel and Schlick2000 ski areas are easily reachable. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, a washing machine and satellite TV. Wi-Fi internet access is available at reasonable rates. In summer, you can also spend relaxing hours in the garden and make use of the barbecue facilities. Spa facilities include a steam bath, an infra-red cabin, a hot tub and a relaxation room. Covered parking is possible free of charge on site. Fresh bread rolls and eggs from the property's own chickens can be delivered to your apartment every morning. The nearest restaurant in the centre of Ellbögen can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. A supermarket is 6 km away. The ski bus stops in front of Appartements-Ferienwohnungen Monika Hölzl and gets you to the Patscherkofel Ski Area in 10 minutes. The public bus stop is 500 metres away, uphill. An 18-hole golf course and tennis courts can be found in Igls, 5 km away. Hiking is popular in summer and in winter you can snow-shoe hike from the property.
