It has a charming living room with open fireplace. a large kitchen. 2 bedrooms and has direct access to a balcony. bathroom and separate toilet. a beautiful living room and a balcony. Great infrastructure is very close by. including the free covered swimming pool. shops. playground. tennis and golf. In the summer. there are many kilometres of walking trails. climing and mountain trails. In the winter. you can use the free ski bus to access the nearby ski areas of the Ehrwalder Alm and the Zugspitze Arena.
