Enjoyable ski-ing holiday with a group of friends? Then this property is ideally located, next to the cable car that brings you to the largest connecting ski area in Austria and above the après ski bar! This may cause noise hindrance. Between the property, that covers the entire 2nd floor and the après ski bar (that is heavily frequented between 17.00 and 21.00) is a floor that is occupied by Austrian tenants. The accommodation actually comprises of two properties, that during the winter period are opened up to form one unit. The accommodation has two balconies.
