The small idyllic town of Biberwier is in the area known as the Zugspitz Arena. The town is near Lermoos and Ehrwald. The three mountain lakes of Mittersee. Blindsee and Weissensee are at the foot of the Fern Mountain Pass. They are part of the Biberwier area. The town is an excellent base for walking and hiking to the many meadows and shelters around the Marienberg Mountain. A cable car will take you to the Zugspitze. at 2.962 metres the highest peak in Germany. The summer toboggan run on the Marienberg lift in Biberwier is a real highlight. The detached holiday home is on the outskirts of the town. The home is in a quiet spot and is completely furnished. It is suitable for 4-6 people.
