In the middle of the renowned Tiroler Zugspitzarena. at short distance of Erhwald and Lermoos. at a salubrious height of 1.000 m lies the cosy village of Biberwier. Those who like making walking tours will certainly like this area. On each of the three lakes in the area you can enjoy all kinds of water sport activities. But the area has more to offer. including a tennis court. horseback riding stables and last but not least the longest summer toboggan run in Tirol. On a peaceful location. just outsitde Biberwier lies the detached house Sonnblick. On the 1st floor you ll find a completely. newly built apartment with a new and cosy interior. This is accessible through a central staircase. Especially the two separate bathrooms and the separate living room and kitchen are very pleasant rooms. You can have a lovely time on the huge balcony (all around the house) with garden furniture and stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is also a garden with garden furniture.
