This holiday home is in the heart of the Tyrol. It is south of the fortified city of Kufstein. The holiday home is compact and 20 m2. It is in an excellent position by a lake where you can enjoy fishing. The home s balcony enjoys delightful views of the lake. the surrounding countryside and the distant mountains. The home is not large. However. there is ample space for two people. a modern bathroom. a kitchenette and an attractive living room with a sofa bed. Excellent walking trails start at the doorstep. The ski-bus stops nearby and brings you free of charge to the largest ski-area in Austria. This includes the resorts of Ellmau. Westendorf and Kirchberg. You can enjoy an amazing 247 ski-lifts and 676 kilometres of ski-runs.
