Brand new wooden chalet (2011) in a beautiful location at the edge of the forest (privacy guaranteed!) just above a quiet chalet park near Stadl an der Mur. Next to the chalet there is a small mountain stream. you can hear the babbling of the water. which is very relaxing! The chalet is approx. 2 km from the village centre. shops and the restaurants of Stadl. where there is also a popular swimming lake. The chalet is located 15 km from the historic town and golf course of Murau in an area known as one of the sunniest and most unspoiled regions in Austria. Quiet mountain passes and small traditional villages and densely forested mountain slopes dominate the landscape. A beautifully furnished chalet. as you would expect in a new residence. and a fantastic area to spend the holidays with your family. The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen. From the sunny conservatory and the terrace you have a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a wellness bathroom with a steam shower and finnish sauna. The unique location at the edge of the forest. the lovely view and the peace and quiet make this chalet a wonderful holiday destination.The owner will be in touch with you about the local costs and deposit after booking. These are to be paid directly to him in advance.
