Please note that the owner lives on the ground floor and the apartment is spread over the upper floor and the attic. There is no door between the ground floor and the apartment.
A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Haus Florian will contact you with instructions after booking.
Please note that the deposit charged upon arrival is a damage deposit. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
