Durchegg is a detached chalet. very peacefully situated at a height of 1100 metres at the end of a no through road. The chalet is for your sole occupancy and the nearest neighbours are 0.5 km away so your privacy is guaranteed. The accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts. The balcony with garden chairs is situated on the first floor and runs the whole length of the house so that you can enjoy the sun at all times of the day. There is another balcony on the 2nd floor. The house is built on a mountainside so you have access from both the ground and 1st floor.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. This amount is to be paid in cash and will be returned in maximum period of 14 days.
-Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property for the rate of 6 EUR per person per stay.
