In 2008 newly build chalet-residence consisting of thirteen apartments. located at only a few minutes walking distance from the village St. Margarethen. Underneath the residence is a covered car park. This apartment is situated on the ground floor and has it s own covered car park. Entrance in the hall with wardrobe. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two persons. In the living room there is also a fireplace. television and dining area. Completely equipped kitchen with a.o. dishwasher and microwave. Furnished terrace with hottub!
