The 41 m2 two-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment house about 600 m from the centre of St. Gilgen, in a quiet elevated position on a slope, 900 m from the lake. This apartment house offers a good view of the Wolfgang lake and the Schaf mountain. Due to the hillside location, there are stairs to the apartment. The accommodation is suitable for four people. The living/dining room has cable-TV and radio and an exit to the terrace with furniture. The bedrooms feature 1 room with 1 double fold-away bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (length 190 cm). The small kitchen has 2 hotplates, micro wave and electric coffee machine. There is a bath/WC. A shared garden and parking are available. The frequented centre with its choice of infrastructure, the lake and the mountain lifts up to the "Zwolferhorn" is within walking distance. The supermarket is within 1 km, restaurant is within 500 m, indoor swimming pool is within 900 m, the bathing lake "Wolfgangsee" 900 m, tennis, sports centre are within 900 m and the mountain lift and cable cabin are within 500 m.
