Directly in the center of the attractive village of Rauris. a short distance from the ski lifts and shops. this detached holiday home. You occupy the house all to yourself. privacy guaranteed. The dining room and open kitchen is fully furnished and spacious. The separate living room is cozy and you have direct access to the sunny terrace. In addition. you have a second separate living / bedroom. On the first floor are less than 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms and a bathroom at your disposal. Around the house is a large garden. Restaurant. nightlife. public transport and other facilities are in the immediate vicinity as you sit in the center. the car did not nodig.In all seasons there are plenty of activities in the surrounding area and its attractions such as the beautiful National Park worth worth to visit.
