The 4-room apartment is on the on the upper floor of a cosy house, with a nice view of the mountains and the countryside. It is located on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a sunny position. There is a living/dining room with dining corner and satellite-TV, and a living/sleeping room 1 double sofa/bed and satellite-TV. The house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 balconies. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave and a freezer. For shared use there is a small garden, lawn sunning area and barbecue facilities. The house has ski storage, washing machine. Bread roll service is available. There are grocers within 1.5 km, a restaurant 1 km away, a bus and ski bus stop at 20 m, an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool 600 m away, tennis and ski lift are 600 m, cable cabin is 1.1 km, ski school 600 m, cross-country ski trail at 40 m and an ice rink 1 km away. Several hiking paths in the Grossarl valley are right in front of the door. Please note that the main road is 30 m from the property.
