With a total surface area of 220 m2 distributed over 3 floors there is plenty of space for up to 14 persons where you can relax and enjoy your well earned holiday. You have a spacious, charming and atmospheric living room with an open fireplace, a dining and play nook for 10 persons and a large terrace. The large royal kitchen equipped with all modern equipment also has a dining area for approx. 10 persons. You have 5 bedrooms at your disposal, of which 1 is set up as the master bedroom, they nearly all have their own bathroom and some have their own balcony. As an extra you have your own wellness area with sauna and hot tub, and for an optimal holiday feeling, you have your own swimming pool with jacuzzi. Your chalet has four covered parking spots, its own garden and a large terrace. The location is central both in the summer and in the winter. Piesendorf-Walchen has its own ski slope, the Nagelköpfel, but you can be in Zell am See and Kaprun very quickly as they are only 6 km away.
