This new apartment was built in 2008/2009. It is in a wonderfully sunny location between the Kaprun and Zell am See ski-areas. The apartment is 62 m2 and is on a slope. Only the highest quality materials have been used and the interior is full of atmosphere. There are two bedrooms. both with double beds and a flat screen TV. The living room has a two-person pull-out leather sofa. a 37 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining table caters for six people. The bathroom has a bath. toilet and bidet. A second bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. The superb kitchen has a combination oven. ceramic hob. refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a covered south-facing balcony. The apartment has wireless internet connection. You can park in the garage. depending on availability. or use the carport. The owner offers a sandwich service as an extra. Kaprun-Fürth is in the heart of the beautiful Salzburgerland. It is a stones throw from the extensive Kaprun ski-area. where you can ski practically all year round. and Zell Am See. The free ski-bus stop is 100 metres away. You can also enjoy some wonderful cross-country skiing. You can venture on exhilarating walks with wonderful views of the Hohe Tauern National Park s impressive mountain landscape. The apartment is also a great place to be outside the winter season. The two Zell Am See and Kaprun 18-hole golf courses are almost in front of the door. You can also use the Alpine Golf Card which allows you to play at 27 golf courses in Salzburgerland and Tyrol. Walking. mountain biking. rafting. or visiting Salzburg s Old Town are all a delight. The famous Grossglockner. Austria s highest mountain. the Krimml Waterfalls and the Kaprun reservoir lakes are all well worth a visit.
