On the outskirts of the attractive village of Mittersill. near the access roads and the indoor swimming pool. this well-kept house on the first floor. This house consists of 2 apartments which are connected via a connecting door. (The ground floor was used as storage space by the owner.) What immediately stands out is the huge living space that you have available: all 230 sqm! Housed in the original style living with many wooden elements has a cozy atmosphere. In both kitchens have all the modern kitchen appliances such as a microwave. kettle. bread slicer. oven and dishwasher. They have six bedrooms and three bathrooms. From the sunny balcony you have a beautiful view. there is also a large garden. you are allowed to use (on the opposite side facing the street) Mittersill is known in summer for its many recreational facilities and a central location. In the immediate area there are numerous opportunities for hiking and mountain sports and an 18-hole golf course. Even with the bike you can explore on the Tauern Bike the entire environment. Cool off in the nearby Hollersbacher. Skiing. cross country skiing. snowboarding and skiing - all that you can in the beautiful ski resort of Kitzbühel. the lifts are easily reached with the free ski bus (bus stop just 300 meters away from the apartment!). Sledding. take a snowshoe walk or a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh. you can anywhere in the area. It is especially nice after a day of skiing or the evening to go sledding on the longest toboggan run in Europe (14 km) in nearby Bramberg. On Friday night. is actually driving a free Rodelzug.
