Situated in Mariapfarr, a 5-minute walk from the centre, Holiday House Julia is a traditional chalet with a large balcony with countryside views, barbecue facilities and a children’s playground. The ski lift and railway station are within 1.5 km. A fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere in the living area, which has satellite TV and a DVD player. Holiday House Julia also contains a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Further facilities include a games room, sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer. For relaxing outdoors, a terrace with deck chairs and a patio is available. The playground has a swing, sandpit and large trampoline. 4 bikes for adults and 4 children's bikes can be used on request. A ski bus stops 200 metres away and travels to the ski lift and ski school in 5 minutes. Shops, restaurants, tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool are in the centre of town. Horse riding facilities, a wellness centre and cross-country skiing trails are nearby.
