The unit comprises 4 bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining corner and tiled stove. The facilities include a dishwasher, oven and washing machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a spa bath. Cross-country ski trail is passing right by the house. A wellness centre can be found at the Lungotzer Hotel 200 metres away, while a local bathing lake is within 1 km. Sportwelt Amade can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Restaurants, bars and grocery shops are all within a distance of 500 metres from the Lungötz. Private parking, including a detached garage next to the house, is possible on site for free.
