Beautiful “Landhaus Leogang” is located immediately out of the centre of the charming town centre with a fantastic view of the Leogang Stone Mountains. The luxuriously furnished villa consists of 2 separate spacious holiday homes. which each have their own entrance. You will reside on the ground floor and have 125 m2 all to yourself. with large top equipped kitchen. naturally with a Nespresso coffee machine. a charming round dining nook and stereo system. The living room. with Danish wood stove. stereo. flat screen and Blueray DVD will provide a perfect and romantic evening on the charming designer sofa. The 5 individually furnished bedrooms (1 bedroom has direct garden access and walk-in wardrobe and 1 bedroom with waterbed) offer an optimal rest and relaxation space for you. All bedrooms have a compact stereo system. including MP3 and iPhone docking station (2 rooms incl. TV/DVD). You also have a large bathroom with a corner bathtub as well as an extra shower cabin. naturally the WCs are separate. The new wellness space. which you share with the guests in the apartment on the upper floor. has an infrared cabin for 4 persons as well as a steam cabin shower. Naturally. there’s also a Nespresso machine next to the cheery relaxation lounges. The common double garage can be used by all guests. The ski closet is directly next to it. Naturally you also have the sunny garden as well as a small children’s playground. In the washroom you will find a high quality washing machine with dryer and an ironing station.In the winter. the ski bus departs every few minutes to the famous ski area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang from a stop about 300 metres from the house. You can ski right back to about 300 m from the house. You can reach the village itself in a few minutes on foot. At the other times of year. Leogang is one of the most popular spring. summer and autumn regions in Austria due to its many activities. Leogang is a favourite destination for mountain bikers. summer sun seekers. walkers. glacier skiers. paragliders. riders and dalliers.
