This newly built residence of 2007 enjoys a wonderful sunny spot in one of the most beautiful locations in Leogang. Your holiday home is on the ground floor. of which you are the sole occupant. so privacy is guaranteed! As you may expect from a 5 star home. everything is perfectly taken care of. You dispose of three spacious bedrooms. two modern bathrooms (both with rain shower) and even your own sauna. The spacious living room is attractively furnished with a lovely lounge sofa and a cosy wood burning stove. It goes without saying. that the kitchen is equipped with all possible built in appliances. A large garden with a terrace facing south is located in front of the home.
