Ideal for family groups. this chalet is fantastically located within easy walking distance (ca.500m) to the shops. bars and the Maiskogelbahn lift of Kaprun. Fitted with 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms. a kitchen and up to date technical gadgetry like a flat screne TV. free Wlan internet connection and an Ipod docking station. the quality of the house is self-evident. The large living/dining room room sits 14 in comfort at the dinner table and there is also a traditional Austrian kachelofen wood burner and bench. The garden is private and fenced and from the balcony you have glacier views. The garage is for your use. The ski bus stops 50m away and you can walk to the fantastic new thermal bath complex all year.
