Only a short (walking) distance from the Centre of Kaprun you will find this spacious and well maintained apartment for up to 6 people. You have a spacious living room with large niche where a double sofa bed is placed. Direct access to the balcony. from which you have a magnificent view of the beautiful mountains. And you have a bedroom with double bed. a separate modern kitchen with all modern appliances and a spacious bathroom. A kid’s ski lift is walking distance away and the large ski area is easily accessible with the free ski bus. The glacier is open nearly year round so you can always enjoy the permanent snow. In addition to winter sports. there is plenty to do during the other seasons of the year in the direct vicinity. with plenty of water sports options. rafting or wild water canoeing. walking. mountain biking or hitting a couple of balls on the beautiful 18 hole golf course which is accessible in only a few minutes. In short. the entire region of Kaprun-Zell am See has a lot to offer in all four seasons!
