The 3-room apartment on 1st floor of a country house, surrounded by meadows offers a view of the mountains. In the resort, in a central, secluded, sunny position. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, cable-TV and flat screen TV (located outside the apartment) and 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. The kitchen-/living room is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and a micro wave. There is a dining corner and cable-TV. The large balcony has terrace furniture. For shared use there are grounds of 10.000 m2, lawn sunning area. Patio with barbecue, children's playground. In the house there is bicycle and ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). The neighbouring farm offers horse-riding. There are grocers and a restaurant at 200 m, a bus stop 100 m, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, tennis court at 500 m, cable car, ski lift and chair lift at 600 m, a ski bus stop 70 m, ski school 500 m, cross-country ski trail at 50 m and an ice rink 500 m away.
