The village of Annaberg is at an altitude of 777 metres. The village of Lungötz is not far. The two villages offer you a choice of an active or a relaxing holiday. The beautiful Dachstein Massive area near Annaberg is ideal for walks. The Lungötz. St. Martin. Dachstein West. Abtenau and Postalm ski-areas are family orientated and have uncrowded ski-slopes. The region has around 90 km of ski-runs. This apartment is at a slightly higher altitude of around 1.000 metres. It is surrounded by wide open spaces. The newly built apartment is on the second floor. It is luxuriously furnished and well equipped. The spacious living room has superb under-floor heating and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment has its own access to a large terrace which enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and ski-slopes. The holiday home is almost on the ski-slope in winter.
