This spacious house is located only 100 meters away from Lake Hallstatt Obertraun and removed the new beach. On a large lot. you have plenty of space and peace: a large playground and lawn. a private terrace with barbecue grill and oven. Surrounded by the peaks of the Dachstein Massif and the lakeside location. this place offers all possibilities for a perfect interpretation of the holiday season. Hallstatt is located southeast of Salzburg in the Salzkammergut region. A very popular holiday resort and a popular winter resort. In winter you can drive in 2 minutes to the ski Krippenstein: A snow-sure ski area at 2.200 meters with the longest run of Upper Austria (11km) and a unique freeride arena. There are 3 more in the immediate area ski resorts: Dachstein-West ski region and the Tauplitzalm Loser. In summer you can relax on gorgeous lake. or you are planning a trip to the beautiful region of great natural beauty. The Salzkammergut is famous for its beautiful lakes and beautiful mountains.
