This beautiful house with swimming pool (in summer only) enjoys a unique location at 650 meters altitude on a mountain in Hinterstoder. Hinterstoder is located in the south of Upper Austria. in Stoderdal and the Death Mountains. Haus Oetie is located on the quiet Leitnerweg. at the end of the road with no through traffic and quiet on the forest edge. The apartment on the first floor is equipped with all modern comforts. including 3 bedrooms. a nice bathroom. nice kitchen with Austrian seating area and a living room. From the terrace and the garden offers a spectacular view of the snow-capped Death mountain. The garden is a green and tranquil paradise. here is a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. there are playgrounds. there is even a separate outdoor area with sauna. shower and kitchen!In winter Hinterstoder features enough with a modern ski resort. cross country skiing. snowshoeing. sleigh rides. tobogganing. Due to its location. there is snow from middle December to middle April.In the summer among other beautiful lakes. walks in the fresh air make the special village Hinterstoder very attractive. There are also various sports activities such as rafting. swimming. mountain climbing. paragliding and horse riding.
