Please contact the property in advance if you arrive by train and let them know your arrival time. A transfer to the apartment will be organised and the check-in will take place directly on site.
Please note that the property has no reception.
Guests arriving between 16:00 and 18:00 can collect the keys at Rudolf-Von-Alt-Weg 17A, 4822 Bad Goisern (please ring the bell at Prisma).
Guests arriving between 18:00 and 19:00 are kindly asked to call the property in advance to arrange the exchange of keys. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
