The Ferriehaus Karrer is a 3-room house with an aera of 50 m2, on the ground floor with rustic and cosy furnishings. Situated 1450 m above the sea level, on a south-west slope of the Kor Alps, it is a cosy, rustic house located in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, 500 m from the ski-run. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 beds. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and micro wave. The living/dining room includes a satellite-TV (flat screen TV) and radio. There is electric heating. and terrace furniture on the large balcony, patio. For private use there is the grounds, garden, lawn sunning area, table tennis, garden furniture and barbecue. Grocers are at 15 km, a restaurant 300 m is at, an outdoor swimming pool is 15 km away, a golf course at 15 km, riding stables 15 km away, a ski lift at 500 m, a ski bus stop 300 m. This hiking region with more than 100 km of marked paths and in winter, you can reach the beautiful family ski resort in a few minutes. The district capital Wolfsberg with lots of shopping is approx. 15 km away.
