This beautifully situated house is surrounded by a gigantic beautiful mountain scenery. with good walks directly from the house. The property is very well maintained. fully furnished and cozy. From the garden you can see the beautiful surrounding mountains. From here you have many excursions to Italy. for example. you drive in 2 hours to Venice. The cottage is situated on the border with Italy. high above Hermagor. on the Nassfeld in the Carinthian Alps. Downstairs in the Gail Valley is the warm Presseggersee. You can find around the house rushing streams. beautiful flora and fauna and you walk straight into the mountains in. Nassfeld in the summer is visited by nature lovers and hikers. The center of Nassfeld is determined by a skiresort. a shop and some restaurants. It is possible to make a walk to Italy from here. Of course the owner knows the mountains here are very good and you will certainly recommend to make most beautiful mountain tours. He also likes to go as a guide with you. This house is situated at 1500 meters above sea level. this means that no pollen in the air. so for people with allergies like hay fever. asthma is an ideal holiday destination.
