This newly built luxury chalet at a sunny mountain in Rennweg am Katschberg leaves nothing to be desired! The detached chalet (500m2) that you have all to yourself. situated just above the village of Rennweg in the beautiful and sunny Carinthia. You ll feel right at home as you enter. The chalet is comfortably furnished and equipped with every conceivable luxury. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a luxury in-house wellness area with jacuzzi. 2 saunas. a foot bath and shower. There is a ski storage room with boots warmer and there is WIFI internet in the house. The living area of this chalet is very spacious and attractively furnished with ample seating and a large flat screen TV. There is even a cozy fireplace for cozy winter evenings. The luxurious and spacious kitchen is equipped with every comfort and has an extra-large oven. a steamer and a lovely balcony terrace facing south. From the chalet and the various sunny terraces you have a nice view of the mountains. the valley and the picturesque surroundings.In the winter it is only 10 minutes drive to the modern ski resort Katschberg. In the summer you can enjoy the beautiful location at the foot of the beautiful Nockalm massif north of the lake of Carinthia.
