Wonderfully located sole-occupancy house above Wolfsberg. with views over to the Koralm ski area. Built almost throughout from slowly maturing pine. this is a great house to unwind in. You have a private fenced garden with shady BBQ terrace. a covered balcony at the front door. and almost complete peace. There is another holiday house ca. 75m away. and the owner s house on the other side of that. but the setting is totally rural. Tastefully furnished and with modern kitchen. bathroom and appliances. and a seperate living room. A fifth bed can be put on the landing between the 2 bedrooms. A top house.
