House Florian is quietly located at 1600m. ca 1km above the middle station of the Gerlitzen lift system. Recently much improved it has 2 bedrooms. a seperate kitchen and spectacular views from the balcony. which is accessed from the living room. If need be there is also a fireplace. The garden is accessed from the side of the house and has a sandpit. slide and BBQ. With a Kärnten Card (extra cost) the nearby lifts can be used free without limit. and included in the price of the appartment is limitless access (worth ca. Euro 4 per person per day) to the affiliated beach some 1000m below on lake Ossiachersee
